This Week Menus  I have cooked double so I am not having to cook daily

Include :

  1. Drover’s Choice Slow Cooked Beef with Coconut turmeric wrap, Smokey bbq sauce, cos lettuce, tomato slices and kewpie mayo
  2. Aldi Lasagne (bought)
  3. Chicken Stroganoff (Mushrooms, chicken breast fillet, chicken stock salt reduced, tomato paste, flour) and basmati rice
  4. Pete Evans Gut Health Recipe Lemongrass and Lime Chicken ; I used breast instead of wings served with zucchini, capsicum, carrot
  5. Maple Syrup and Mint Sauce Chicken with Capsicum, Carrot, Lettuce
