  3. BBQ Chicken Strog Homemade
  4. BBQ Chicken with Thai Oyster Sauce
  5. English Muffin, Bacon, Tomato, Mayo, Lettuce
  6. Udon Noodle with Tamari and Stir Fry Vegetables
  7. Chinese BBQ Pork with Fried Rice Leftovers

Dinners:

  1. Thai Green Curry
  2. Poached Salmon, Lettuce, Mayo, Sweet Chili
  3. 100g serve slow cooked beef with bbq sauce with lettuce tomato mayo in a coconut turmeric wrap
  4. BBQ Chicken Strog
