Rosemary Minted Lamb

This was a nice change from Chicken today

Ingredients serves 1

2 Lamb Chops

1 Handful Organic Mixed Leaves

1/2 Cup Mushrooms

1tsp Rosemary

Light Pinch Sea-salt

Light Pinch Black Pepper

1Tb Mint Sauce

1Tb Olive Oil


In Non stick skillet add oil get pan hot.

Season Chops with sea-salt, pepper and rosemary on both sides

Then place into hot oil. Move to one side of the pan then add mushrooms

Cook until chops are brown on both sides or until your liking

Serve with Mixed leaves

Drizzle the Mint sauce over the plate in a circular motion.

Place the chops and mushrooms on the plate
