Using up the last coconut organic wrap and slow cooked meat with mushrooms.
I added a marinade to the meat and got fresh lettuce from my vegepod.
1 Coconut Wrap Organic
1 Steak slow cooked leftovers
2 Button Mushrooms slow cooked leftovers
1Tb bulgogi Marinade
5 Slices cucumber
1 Handful Fresh lettuce from Vegepod
Mix meat and mushroom with marinade and reheat in skillet
Slice cucumbers and place on wrap
Top with fresh lettuce from vegepod
Then add meat and marinade juices from pan
Fold ends in like a envelope and roll into a wrap
