Where is the LOVE button. Bulgogi anything I a winner with me. I found the marinade in the local supermarket and decided to make it into a slow cooker meal instead of the usual marinate first then grilling it. So delicious and makes it a winning dish for me not having to slave over the kitchen .
Ingredients serves 8
1.5kg Pork Shoulder
1/2 Bottle Bulgogi marinade
Place both into slow cooker and coat both sides of pork with the marinade
cook on high 3hours or double for low cooking
Leave to rest for 30min before slicing
Serve with steamed vegetables with the juices
Serve in a wrap with salad *omit sauce for wrap.
