Tuna Mornay was a family favourite that has stayed around for 20 years in our family.
Options can be done in oven or my new way was with the slow cooker.
Ingredients serves 4 large or 8 small serves
2 cups penne pasta
4 cups water
4x 90g tins tuna in olive oil
1 cup corn
6 mushrooms broken in pieces
30g dried basil
1 Tb salt reduced chicken stock
3Tb dried cheese sauce
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup panko crumbs

place all ingredients in order written into slow cooker with lid on high cook for 1 hour
serve with crispy rolls/herb/garlic bread
