A boiling hot summers day and I didn’t want to cook.
I had some pickling juice left from a jar so I cut up radishes and put them in the juice left overnight.
A great salad combination with pickled ginger.
Ingredients Serves 1
2 Slices Aldi Turkey Breast
1 baby cos lettuce
1 radish pickled
1Tb pickled ginger
4 cherry heirloom tomatoes
Place lettuce in bowl and top with the remaining ingredients
