I often make my own satay sauce and its always a different recipe each time depending on what I have available.

Ingredients Serves 2:
2tb organic peanut butter
1tb tamarind paste,
1tsp grated fresh garlic,
1tsp grated fresh ginger,
1tsp fresh tumeric grated,
1Tb Thai fish sauce,
1/4 cup coconut milk.
Place all ingredients together in saucepan and cook until sauce thickens
served with steamed 200g chicken tenders that I cook in microwave steamer on high for 6 minutes .
