Mie Goreng Noodles

I use to love a good noodle dish. I toss away the seasoning and add my own spices and add meat or vegetables or both depending on what I have on hand at the time of making them. Its a great way to use leftover meat up.

Here I added chicken stock homemade and fresh tumeric grated, chinese 5 spice powder.

Chicken was leftover from slow cooking the bone broth and added carrot and broccoli.

3 minutes in microwave and dinner was done!

1 use to be able to eat a whole packet of noodles but this time I could only have half and was full so kept the 2nd half for another meal.
