Homemade Pad Thai

Pad Thai Paste from Asian store combined with Thick Pad Thai Noodles soaked in water served with Asian shallots, Broccolini and chicken Breast strips.

I also made my own bone broth from a whole organic chicken in slow cooker with carrot, onion, celery, water, black peppercorn, bouquet garni sachet. Slow cooked for 4 hrs on low. I use the chicken meat in other dishes. Strain the vegetables from the broth and then allow to cool and put broth in glass jars with lids and put in fridge or you can put into ice cube trays to freeze then use a cube at a time.
