Turkey Deli Meat from Aldi, Cuke from my vegepod, Baked Pumpkin leftovers, Organic Beetroot, Almonds and Balsamic Vinegar.

Salads can be a great option when you don’t want to cook.

They are filling and suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

They are a great way to use up leftover vegetables.
