Lunch was inspired by a meal I used to get in hospital. It has been a favourite ever since.
Total Cost Menu $16.49
Breakfast : Raisin Toast with Organic Peanut & Organic Honey
1 Slice Raisin Toast
1Tb Organic Peanut Butter
1Tb 100% Organic Honey ( I get my honey fresh from bee hives a friend owns)
1 Handful seedless grapes.
Toast the bread and then spread with peanut and honey
Enjoy with the fruit.
Morning Snack : 15g Walnuts
Lunch : BBQ Chicken Garden Salad with Lite French Dressing
30g BBQ Chicken Shredded
1 Cup Mixed Leaves (Organic)
1 Baby Carrot Organic Grated
1 Tomato Sliced Or 5 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Cuke (baby Cucumber) sliced
1Tb Lite French Dressing
Place leaves in serving bowl or ramekin and add other ingredients
Afternoon Snack : Passionfruit Chobani Yogurt
Dinner : Pumpkin & Ricotta Canneloni
