Wraps: Fish finger with garlic aioli

Fish Finger Wrap with garlic aioli

a new revamp of a old recipe but a great one.

serves 1

1 sourdough wrap

1 handful mixed leaves

1Tb julienne carrot

1Tb garlic aioli

3 hoki fish fingers

1tb organic ketchup

serve with baked wedges and sweet chili sauce



preheat oven 180*c

spray tray with olive oil cooking spray

place fish fingers and wedges on tray and spray top. bake for 15minutes.

assemble wrap ready for fishfingers as per photo below. 

top with cooked fish fingers and ketchup and roll.
