Lite Lunch: Crackers

Cracker Lite Lunch

Running low on ingredients but managed to come up with this lite lunch

but filling enough to get me through until dinner. Great way to use up leftovers

Serves 1

2 premium lite salada crackers

2 Slices Soccer Ball Ham Thin

5 Cherry tomato

1 Slice lite Havarti Cheese

Pinch Himalayan salt

Pinch black pepper



place crackers on serving plate

Cut the cheese into 3 even size strips and place on crackers

same with the ham

Slice the tomatoes in half and place on crackers

Season with salt and pepper
