Wraps: Fish Fingers

I love a good wrap. Here are 3 different ones using the same base ingredients

with just different options with serving.

Base Ingredients per wrap

3 Fish Fingers per wrap

1 Wrap

1 handful Lettuce

2Tb Base Mix

 

Method

Cook fish fingers in preheated oven 180*c on  bakeing tray with cooking spray

Cook for 15minutes or until cooked through

Meanwhile Make the Base Mix

Slice the Lettuce

Layer the wraps with lettuce then base mix ready for options and

fish fingers when done.

 

Base Mix for 3 wraps

1Tb Norganic Mayo

1tsp Lite Sour Cream

1 Tomato diced

1 Avocado diced

Mix together in bowl and serve with fish fingers

 

Options:

1/ No Additions

2/ Salsa Added

3/ Sliced Cheese Added
