Coriander Greek Yogurt Sauce

Sorry forgot to take photo . I wanted to make a coriander sauce as I had a lot of coriander to use up.

This is one of the recipes where you add and keep adding until it tastes ok. haha.

Qty 300ml Sauce

1 bunch coriander (2 large handfuls)

1 Lemon Juiced

1Tb Garlic Minced

1 Avocado flesh

1Tb Olive Oil

2Tb Greek Yogurt

Himalayan Pink Salt light pinch

Black Pepper light pinch

 

Put all ingredients in blender and blitz until smooth

Serve with Pasta, Chicken, Steak or as a  salad dressing.

The oil will float to top when you store in fridge and that’s ok cause it keeps it moist

Store in mason type jar.
