Breakfast : skillet

breakfast using up ingredients and leftovers

 

serves 1

fry in  a nonstick skillet :

2 paleo cleavers sausage,

1/2 tomato ,

3 mushrooms

4 cubes frozen spinach

1Tb Organic ketchup

served with 1/2 cup pumpkin soup

Method

spray skillet with cooking spray

add remaining ingredients to pan cook

heat soup in microwave ramekin for 1 minute
