Ham, Salad and Cheese Wrap

light lunch but filling. Using fresh ingredients from the vegepodĀ 

serves 1

1 sour dough wrap

1 tomato sliced

handful cos lettuce from vegepod

4 fresh basil leaves from vegepod

1 slice soccerball ham

1 slice tasty cheese

1T norganic mayo

 

Method

place wrap on plate

spread lettuce over wrap

slice tomato into rings then cut rings in half place down middle of wrap

top with mayo then basil

cut cheese diagonal making 2 triangles and place down wrap

then top w ham

roll the ends of wrap then roll and cut diagonally
