sunday brunch yummo!

serves 1

1/2 bbq chicken breast

1Tb sauerkraut

1 carrot julienne

1 cuke into ribbons

1Tb bean shoot 

1/2 thai red chili

1 handful mixed fresh herbs : mint, organic coriander, vegepod lettuce

1/4 green shallot

Method

prep vegetables eg julienne carrot w multi peeler (or grate) and cuke into ribbons w peeler

place in bowl mix w hands.( *wear gloves so chili doesn’t burn and don’t rub eyes after touching chili)

place on serving plate

*optional put mix into soft hotdog roll
