Vegepod tomatoes and Mesclun

Love my vegepod garden and fresh is definitely best no chemical sprays needed here. 

 

Serves 1 – Ingredients

3 Vegepod fresh tom tomatoes halved

1 Handful Vegepod Fresh Mesclun

1 herb garlic schnitzel

1Tb supreme gravy

1tsp tumeric garlic mash leftover

 

Method:

Bake Schnitzel in oven 180*C oven proof tray with cooking spray for 25minutes then turn cook further 15min and slice.

Reheat gravy in ramekin 30 seconds on high in microwave

Reheat mash in ramekin 2o seconds on high

Serve with Vegepod Fresh leaves and cut tomatoes in half serve on top of the Mesclun
