Pork Chop

 Using up leftover ingredients from pantry, freezer.

Serves 1


1 Pork Chop

1Tb Apple Puree

1Tb Dried Cranberries

1/2 Cup Mixed Vegetables Frozen

or 1/2 Cup Carrots/Beans Frozen

Serve with mint sauce instead of cranberries


Cook chop in Peanut Oil in Fry-pan until golden brown on one side then turn and continue to cook for further 2-3minutes then remove from pan and rest.

Keep warm on plate in oven on Keep Warm Setting.

Steam Vegetables in microwave for 2-3 minutes on high

Serve with remaining ingredients
