Duck breast with avocado basil macadamia pesto, organic carrot, organic red capsicum, mushrooms and vegepod lettuce

See recipe for paleo avocado basil macadamia pesto . Spread 1Tb on plate in moon like crescent. Add chopped cubes of organic capsicum on top.

Cut mushrooms and place on plate.

Add organic carrot sliced on diagonal and arrange on plate in petal shape

1 lettuce leaf fresh from vegepod to sit duck on

Slice duck after it has rested and place in lettuce

You can heat the plate for 3minutes if you want to have a hot meal or serve without heating if you want duck salad.
