Paleo Ginger chicken stir-fry with vegepod asian greens


serves 2

1 chicken breast fillet

1/2 red onion

1/2 organic carrot

1/4 organic broccoli

3 button mushrooms 

1 vegepod pak choi

1Tb fresh ginger

2 cloves garlic

1tsp sesame oil

1tb soux xing cooking wine 

1tsp fish sauce

1tb tamari gluten free

1ts tapioca flour

1/2cup fresh organic chicken stock

1tsp sesame seed

1tsp organic honey

Place all ingredients except vegetables in frypan/wok and cook together until chicken is almost done then add vegetables and stir fry.
