Chinese hoisin vegetables


Makes 2 serves

1 large Organic carrot

1/2 Red onion

1 Vegepod pak choi

1/2 head Organic Broccoli

1tb olive oil

1 pot five taste hoisin sauce

 

Method

Cut vegetables roughly the same size

Stir fry well with oil and add sauce in hot pan or wok until still a little  crispy but cooked through about 5-6min

Enjoy!

I served mine with oven baked duck breast cooked in convection microwave and jasmine rice
