Panfried poached Duck breast with homemade orange jus and coconut rice with steamed vegetables

 

Orange jus

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/3 cup water

1 star anise

1 cinnamon quill

3tb fish sauce

Peel and juice of 1/2 orange

Sliced orange from other half of the orange

Put all into saucepan simmer for 7-10minutes on low heat until sauce thickend and sugar is dissolved
