Karens Thai Chicken Laksa

Karens thai chicken laksa (church dinner)

serves 12

250g chicken breast sliced

1 jar laksa paste

1 pack vermicelli noodles

2 tins coconut milk or coconut cream

1 pack bean sprouts

1 cup green beans


Cut chicken into slices

Add all to wok except beans and bean  sprouts and stir until chicken cooked through

Then add bean sprouts mix through with green beans 2-3min

Serve hot in mugs/bowls
